Walter, you have no idea how much I appreciate and enjoy your photos. They are of places I'm physically unable to visit. Thanks for expanding my world.

I've nearly finished posting a selection of my photos from the gathering in Albuquerque and my trips around Duke City by now.

On the gathering thread, some really good photos from Old Town and Downtown were already posted.

I'd like to add some of mine, too, here. [That will take some time, though.]

Before starting, let's have some food ...

We'll have a drink/coffee downtown - and since we're a larger but happy crowd, we are "Traveling in a fried-out Kombi, On a hippie trail, head full of zombie", to quote Man at Work.

It's parked just outside

Which goes to show you: no matter how old a VW bus is, he's running
and running and running. Can you say the same for American cars?
I think not!

98% of the VWs ever built are still on the road.

The other 2% made it safely home.

I have so many questions about that skinny broad in the pink outfit with the "come hither" look.

Is she an A2Ker?

Available?

Non-German?

I am interested. Please send information to [email protected]
