I can't remember how high the mesa is from the ground, but it is high enough to provide a clear view of the expanse of land on every side. It is breathtaking.

There's a company here which hires out these for events, and it's called
"W C In The Fields"
... and can move downwards.
I climbed down the rock steps also and was glad that Sue did not, as she would have been similarly terrified.
