Looking at the people the Drake tribe might be an early leader.

I was all over the last Survivor because of Christy Smith (she's coming to the event I'm helping to plan!), but I'm not that interested in this one. Really only watched season 1 and season 2.

So I say, but I'll probably get sucked in at some point. Rolling Eyes Wink

sozobe-- That is so cool!

I get sucked in, as well. Haven't watched the last two until they were half way over.

May try to start off with this one.

Luv the locale.

Hey Soz, Definitely kewel. Will you have a chance to talk to her privately? You called the winner on the last Survivor. Aren't you going to try for two in a row?

Roberta's trying to suck me in. Hmmm. She has chosen a very effective tack.

I suggested inviting her (C.S.), so I should be able to claim some sort of priveleges. Very Happy As an organizer of the event I'll probably be able to talk to her a bit. If you have any questions for her, lemme know. (This won't happen until May 2004.)

Soz, My only question (at the moment) is why she changed her mind about the person she vowed to vote against and then didn't. Her explanation on the show didn't ring true to me.

Yeah. This stuff has faded so fast. There was something I really really wanted to ask her right after the show was over (maybe I'll go back to the old thread and see if I can find it) but I'm totally blank now.

I'm guessing that the big guy with the hair never thought he'd be wearing a skirt on national TV.

Why did all those guys get naked? I mean, I know the sand and salt water was chafing them, but they were running in the jungle with their apples and bananas jangling. They could have gotten their willies stuck on a vine, or something...

I'm confused. Why would the Morgans decided to keep a big, strong guy just because he's a big strong guy. If he doesn't want to be there and won't knock himself out to help, what difference does it make it he's big and strong?

Come to think of it, why did Osten sign up for Survivor if he's worried about getting pneumonia? If he's worried about being out in the open?

Wouldn't you think that the screening process would be able to determine whether someone does or doesn't like the great outdoors?

That's right, Quinn. He didn't vote for himself. What's going on?

Ahem... Psychiatrically speaking, I think Osten has an inferiority complex, or knows the black guys are usually targeted on these shows--and sent out a pre-emptive by saying he wanted to go. I don't think he wanted to go, but would have been humiliated had he been voted off.

With the pre-emptive behavior, he wouldn't have felt that he lost face if he was voted off.

He looked really relieved when the vote was read, and then looked like he quickly covered with a look of *shrug*.

Yes, I know. I take these things FAR too seriously.
