Hey everybody,

I'm designing a certificate for a black belt test. It's going to be Dutch with Korean Hangul, and it's almost done.
Now i found out that a lot of similar certificates contain some red stamps. Each stamp is different, like a square stamp stands for someone individual, and a square stamp with a large border around it, is supposed to be the name of a Dojang/Dojo.

Now there is another red stamp, always on top and on the border of these documents. I read that it's a 'security stamp' that seals a document, and means that it's a official document (not a fake).

I found a picture of that 'seal' stamp, but i wonder what it says.
I'm not quite sure that it's Hangul, but perhaps someone could help me on this?

I'm not quite sure, but I don't think it's written in Korean. I think it's in Chinese. I can't read it though as the character is in small seal and it's really hard to read them.

You could try to search for chinese stamp in google image and you'll find a lot of similar stamps. Below is one:
