What the heck is going on in Sacramento area schools?

The Sacramento area has the highest unemployment rate in the state. We also have one of the highest number of home foreclosures in the country. Schwarzenegger is cutting the state's budget by 14 billion dollars.

Are the kids starting to display symptoms of the financial pressures their families are facing?
