Al Harris (the Predator), dreads flying as he flies down the sideline for the interception-touchdown-victory.

The Pack is having a storybook season so far.

This horse matchup is turning a little boring (Colts 31-3 at half).

Think I'll go out for dinner and get back in time for LSU-Oklahoma.

Things I love about Brett Favre:

1.) The way he ran and tackled Bubba Franks after the touchdown pass to him.

2.) The way he went and fired up the defensive guys on the sideline before they took the field when the Packers were ahead, little time left.

3.) The way he sprinted towards Al, hugging and patting everyone he encountered along the way, including getting all tangled up with some random guy who he hugged delightedly anyway.

OK, I'll shut up. For a while, anyway. (Maybe I should go find my "Green Bay Packers Fan Club" thread for more exulting.)

All praise to the Packers! I rooted for the Seahawks, who have 'em a game, but full credit to Green Bay.

Now, though, I must root for the Eagles, if only to make Rush Limbaugh look like more of an idiot than he's already known to be...

The Eagles will destroy the Packers.

It's gonna be a good time.

Wow, that was two pretty good games yesterday.

I suppose I should start to give Carolina more credit if they can shut down the Rams like that.

I'd like to see more Super Bowl predictions this evening, after the conference finalists are determined, everyone...

Pats all the way! That's all anyone really needs to know. Wink

(I hoping the Chiefs and Packers will win this afternoon and that Carolina beats the Packers next Sunday.)

I agree that Carolina deserves credit for holding the Rams as well as they did, but the Rams did a bit of holding themselves near the end of regulation, when they chose to go into overtime giving themselves a 50-50 chance (assuming the field goal try was successful) rather than taking a couple of tries at an outright win. The chance that the F.G. opportunity would have been lost were slim.
