I can tell you how to deal with those emails.... first sort by date and delete all the ones that came in the first three days you were gone ( they are going to send you a followup anyway, so what's the point of reading both?) Then delete all the ones that do not have an exclamation point in the title. That should get you down to about 250 or so. Then eliminate any that 1) aren't from your boss, or the boss above your boss. Answer those first. 2) any titled 'Did you get my email!!?" Those are just annoying messages from insecure people and finally, zap all the ones that aren't from A2Kers. Now you are down to the important stuff of life.
Joe
good advise, Joe.
Hey, did anyone else see that little mouse run by?
Coffee.......I must have coffee.
Nice to see one of the Austrailian contengent.........welcome msolga. Have a seat here by the fire with Joe, Gautaum and I.
I'd like some coffee, too, Wassau. Lots of cream and sugar, please.
Well, well...three of my favorite people sitting by the fire! Mind if I join you?
I followed Joe's advise and I now have no emails to read
Well, then Gautam, sit here with us by the fire and prop up your feet. Eva has joined us......isn't this good coffee, Eva. Snow's coming, we will need this fire.
Snow? What snow? I don't see any snow. Looks like grey soup out there!
Snow's comin........welcome Phoenix. Happy to see you here. Join us by the fire while we drink coffee and watch for snow. This afternoon we can add a little cognac to our coffee............play some music......tell stories......
Tks, Lola and Blatham, for this clarification! Hastening to add that Timber knows nothing of this idea involving his name - just made a suggestion here because my patience ran out.
However, having now duly noted that Blatham finally has some time available........

Why thank you Lola!
Nice to meet you, too, after reading your A2K posts on various threads for ages.
I'll be back!
Oh, goodie! Msolga will be joining us!
Nice to see Stradee and HofT here again, too!
Wassau, you'd better put an extra coffee pot on. Looks like we've got quite a crowd coming in to get out of the snow. Brrrrrrrr......
We need some music. (digging through purse) I've got a quarter for the jukebox! Which song shall I choose? Any requests?
Tradition demands "There's a hole in my bucket".
Sing it for us, Craven!
(And bring him a cuppa coffee, Wassau.)
Perfect song for you then, Craven. You are ALWAYS around here. C'mon now.....
Lately Blatham has been channeling? Lola:
There's a hole in my bucket dear Liza, dear Liza, there's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza a hole.
And yes, it never ends Craven....but what a ride.....
giggle
security alert! My computer password appears to have been compromised.
That would be me, Blatham, yes................. funny
Good to see you here Craven.....it's quite a crowd
tonight.
Wow! That was fun being Blatham......let's see who else would like to be me for a few minutes?
Very good impression, blatham! I am impressed. Can you do Gus?
