because the love and unification the Obama campaign is generating is actually radiating from my computer screen and my house is almost uncomfortably warm. Man, I'm going to go change into some shorts.

Bear. Why do you have to do this sh*t? What's the point?

You are being a jerk with posts like this. I don't think you are a jerk, so why are you acting this way?

I gave this some thought last night-- the American Idolization of Obama which you coined, Bear.

Obama has not been tested. So Bear's concern seems valid to me. There is a danger of Obama turning out to be a hollow president. Equally, he could be a great one.

Obama is as tested as Hillary. She's fumbling her first serious campaign of her life.

Besides, it's more fun to respond to a burning middle finger than a worship forum so huge you can't find your post after ten minutes because it's grown exponentially. Even if you do find your post in the beloved candidate forum, someone has summarily put you in your place or just extolled the virtues of...themself.

If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen.... you never did answer my question so I'll ask it again...why, after putting so many eat **** and die remarks on a bush supporters threads do you demand civil discourse and will tolerate no negative posting regarding your candidate?

If I'm a jerk for pointing out the snippiness and divisiveness this campaign is causing while claiming the high road then so be it.

I have never cared for the holier than thou stance in anyone about anything, but I do find it amusing.

There's no advancement of any conversation or point with comments like yours. They are intended to poke people in the eye, and that's it. Petty and childish.

The truth is that it isn't Obama's campaign that is causing pettiness and snippiness, it is people like yourself who are doing it. You oughta grow up. It isn't as if everyone here doesn't know you support Hillary, fine, whatever. Just don't be a dick about it.

You have no factual rebuttal to my comment, as there doesn't exist one. Hillary has no record of accomplishment which Obama doesn't.

btw... before the thread get's too big or dies.... please check the first few posts and I think you'll find it's cyclo...Mr. High Road and above the fray..... who called me first a jerk and then a dick. Proof positive of what I've been saying bushites...Obamaites....two sides of the same coin, simultaneously claiming the high road and dismissing any thoughts or ideas that go counter to theirs most nastily....

Show me where I called anyone a name in this thread please.

First, I said that you are acting like a jerk - which you are.

When you continued to do so, I asked you not to be a dick about it. Which you are continuing to do so.

I think that what's really happening, honestly, is that you are a little upset that Obama has been kicking the crap out of your candidate lately and is looking likely to win. And you don't know how to deal with it other then to be nasty.

Ol' one-eye's tact here, or lack thereof, are another thing that concern me about Obama and his cult of admirers. It seems to me like that "change" they keep talking about will be in order to change things to the way they want them to be, whether it is truly good for the country or not. I don't like cults.
