Thank you ehBeth, that actually sounds like a good idea. I will bring it up to my dad and my brother...no sense in going through all the trouble if they refuse to do it.

I'd suggest that you start by preparing your own schedule and posting a copy of it in the kitchen.

It could do a few of things: help you feel a bit more in control (and hopefully able to spot a few minutes for yourself); encourage the others to note their own obligations/responsibilities; possibly help people see where they can help your mother/your father/you right now.
