I have been squeezing my mind for Disney films too, but as far as I can recall, Disney prefers bears. Talking of which, were there any wolves in Brother Bear? (I did not see it) or in Ice Age? (saw it but can't remember, the main antagonists were sabretooths). Can anyone confirm if there were wolves featured in X-men when Wolverine escapes from a secret lab (maybe I am mixing up the films and the comics)? In My Palikari (1982) Telly Savalas is credited with having killed a wolf with his bare hands, but none is featured. Who would have guessed it was easier to come up with inanimate bicycles than with snarling, howling and otherwise lively (were)wolves! Very Happy

Anyway, the one to come up with the last wolf will win eternal fame. Here is the list:

1. Le Pacte des Loups (The Brotherhood of the Wolf, 2001), in the hunt for the Beast of Gevaudan many wolves are killed, wolves are also otherwise involved.
2. Call of the Wild (Clark Gable)
3. Jungle Book - Sabu
4. White Fang
5. Look Who's Talking Now (dog fights wolf)
6. The Wild North (Stewart Granger)
7. Wolfen (1981), wolves in New York attack the homeless
8. The Day After Tomorrow (2004), wolves in New York attack hapless teenagers

11. Pervola, sporen in de sneeuw (Pervola, Tracks in the Snow, 1985), brothers in search for their lost father are chased by wolves.
12. Wilderness (1996), librarian turns out to be non-violent werewolf
13. Romasanta (2004), hunt for werewolf features also real wolves
14. Ladyhawke (1985), Rutger Hauer turns into a wolf every night
15. Dances with Wolves (1990), actually the dancing wolf is a coyote

18. Misa Mi (2003), girl adopts wolf family
19. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005), wolves chased the heroes
20. An American Werewolf in London (1981), after his first night of carnage protagonist wakes up in the wolf pen at the zoo
21. Ma-ma (1976), musical about the big bad wolf and the seven kids

24. Underworld (2003), had 1 sequel
25. DarkWolf (2003), very bad SFX
26. Teen Wolf (1985), Michael J. Fox as confused lycanthrope

Hi Music,

Thanks for relieving us (wipes sweat from brow) I am aware of the film, but I never saw it so I couldn't list it. But, talking about forgetting, I can't BELIEVE (pulls out hair) I did not think of this one earlier:

51. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), Saruman sends his wolf riders to attack the Rhorrim

Anyway, back to you Raggedy.

So how long do we go with this? Is it to fifty? If I get to choose next I say;

X-Ray

Cat scans. MRI's. EKG's and any other major medical tests count too! (Real or Sci-Fi

Hi Music,

It's normally up to 50, in some cases to 35 if we can't come up with more, or in the case of suicide (attempts) up to 100. It is up to Raggedyaggie to say what happens next. It's her thread, but I guess there aren't too many options with X (so I will already start thinking about X-ray scenes).

X= X-ray

1. Send Me No Flowers - (Hypochondriac Rock Hudson, overhearing the results of another patient's X-ray, mistakenly thinks it's a diagnosis of his own condition, and makes preparations for his funeral.)

19 Dr. Kildare (there had to be an x-ray in one of the 15 Dr. Kildare movies starring Lew Ayres and Lionel Barrymore)

Let's move on to "Y".

Y = Yoga (or a similar discipline (I'm not going to be fussy about this Very Happy ) practiced by a character in a movie)

1. The Goodbye Girl (Richard Dreyfuss)
