No, I just used "widgets" because that's the word that's always used in law school exams whenever they want to use a generic word for a product. (Like, "Company X enters into a contract to sell 1,000 boxes of widgets to Company Y.") My company actually sells publications that tax lawyers and accountants use in their research.
Oh, that kind of widget. That's a relief.
I've got an Oldie.
I recall vividly.
"I Remember It Well" from _Gigi_
You got it, George. Gigi is correct.
inbetweener
Business Hours
Oldie
I'm loaded with zilch.
Porgy and Bess - I Got Plenty o' Nuttin"
Porgy and Bess is correct. So is "I Got Plenty o" Nuttin.
Song from an oldie:
The Hour I Prefer
About a Quarter to Nine? Jolson Story and others
Not A Quarter to Nine. "Hour" may have been misleading: the song title doesn't mention a specific hour.
When the Childen Are Asleep - Carousel
Not When the Children Are Asleep
Clue: One of the stars of The Producers took part of his stage name from the name of a character in this musical (not the character who sings the song I'm thinking of). I'm sure the sky's the limit to the number of times you've heard this song.
Edited to add a second part to the clue.
My Time Of Day - Guys and Dolls
You got it! (Sorry it was so vague.)
With "sky" and "Nathan", how could I miss. (lol)
Have a good evening, what's left of it. I'm going to peek in at the Convention.
Oldie:

Kismet - Baubles, Bangles and Beads
