For most people, a sentence consists of a noun and a verb.
For Giuliani, it consists of a noun, a verb and 9/11.

Rudy Giuliani profited both financially and politically from the terrible tragedy of 9/11, which took place under Republican President Bush and led to two costly wars which caused an escalation of terrorism worldwide and undermined American credibility.
Yet the sad pathetic excuse of a mayor claims Obama made America "vulnerable". STFU you treasonous, greedy son of a bitch.

When Obama was 9, he was living in Indonesia with his mother and his stepfather. Giuliani said he was referencing Obama’s grandfather having introduced him to Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Communist Party.

Rudy lives on his "mob busting" record and his mayorality. His post office life has resulted in him becoming another gibberish spouting doofus like Trump.
Rudy shoulda done like GW Bush, Quietly steal away and live his life as a citizen. Hes got nothing insightful to say any more and hes too much of an open mouthed idiot to be a power broker.
