I personally think 1200 is as low as you should go....
Me? I'd be cranky and irritable.
Then again....I'm, well, cranky and irritable anyway.
If you're body starts telling you it needs more fuel, especially as your metabolism rises, don't look at it as a failure it you have to add 400, 500 or more calories.
I'm wondering what the chances are you're getting optimum nutrition @ 1200.
I'm not nagging, or telling you what to do, just expressing my thoughts, and hoping the best for you.
