I personally think 1200 is as low as you should go....

Me? I'd be cranky and irritable.

Then again....I'm, well, cranky and irritable anyway.

If you're body starts telling you it needs more fuel, especially as your metabolism rises, don't look at it as a failure it you have to add 400, 500 or more calories.

I'm wondering what the chances are you're getting optimum nutrition @ 1200.

I'm not nagging, or telling you what to do, just expressing my thoughts, and hoping the best for you.

I get the same thing but it's other women that pop up all the time. It has something to do with cookies I think.

30lbs??? Why that much?

You look the ideal weight now. I would just concentrate on lifting weights to build some muscle, which in turn will turn will make your body more efficient at burning & keeping off fat. If you diet & shave off 10lbs while adding some muscle tone for example, you'll look much better than just starving yourself to lose 30.

The tight-laced corset hides my waistline, plus I will have much more definition in my face when the cheekbones come out. My surgeon wants me ten pounds under the weight I am going to maintain for my facelift. So I will lose thirty then if I gain ten pounds back it will be OK.

Oh heavens, this guy wants to meet me!
