Hey kids! the temp's are brrrr brrrr and more brrrr right now.

But ... it's supposed to warm up dramatically over the next 48 hours.

Not sure that's a good thing. In fact, I'm quite sure it's not.

Dang, ehBeth! brrr brrr brrr brrr! Bad furnace! Sad

West Coasts gearing for three back to back storms - one began just after 2:00 in the afternoon - rain. Now alls quiet. Eerie. Tahoe's expecting 5 to 10 ft of new snow - CalTrans announced Hwy 80 will be closed - not certain if the snow storm will arrive Saturday or Sunday though.

Got home from work, let the cats out on the porch, listened to the birds call each other saying "FIND SHELTER, QUICK"!

Windy

All cozy indoors, warm {for now although there's been power outage predictions} ~ kittens sleeping on their heat blankeee. Late clicks, then nynite.

I'm predicting there will be at least one snowed-in day for Stradee... Awww... Very Happy

Five to ten feet of snow.

<thud>

I can't even imagine. Do people have to climb out upper storey bedroom windows when that happens?

How do roofs hold up?

Not very cold here either, except for torrential rains and hurricaine force winds, the temps kinda nice. Shocked

Stradee's happy she arrived home from work safely, and happier still the garage door remote worked! Power! Very Happy

Honestly can't recall a storm of such magnitude, with two more on the way, and snow expected here Saturday or Sunday.
