Laughing that's lovely.

Rosie doesn't like the wind today - she has to keep running back in because it worries her! I think the phrase scaredy-cat was invented just for her - she gets panic stricken over strange noises etc

I wish i could have taken a photo of Rosie yesterday - I came home to find himself asleep in the chair (poor old soul) and Rosie out in the garden ... somewhere ....

I called her, couldn't see her anywhere but heard a lot of rustling from the top of the archway over the garden gate (about 7ft tall and 2 foot deep with clematis, Jasmine and roses growing up and over it) - I stood under it and looked up and - sure enough - one kitten in the midst of all these tangled branches and twigs, who didn't know how to get down! All i could see was a little worried face and a paw reaching down for help! She very trustingly just came down to me, i had to haul her through the twigs and branches!

She also likes water - she loves to sit in the bathroom sink with the cold tap running a little and she bats the water and watches it go down the plughole Rolling Eyes

the vets description of her is tortie tabby on her immunisation record (Soz had described her as tortoiseshell earlier) - that sums her up perfectly as i could never quite decide if she was tortie or tabby.

Oh, that would have been such a wonderful photo!! (Your garden gate sounds gorgeous, itself.)

Yeah, tortie tabbie sounds perfect.

Vivien, I ADORE these stories of Rosie ... the visual you painted for me is precious, and I'm sure Rosie breathed a sigh of relief when she saw you!

She sure has stolen our hearts, we love her too!

The thing I like best about your dispatches on Rosie is the obvious love & joy you experience from her company. She's a very lucky little critter to have found such a perfect home! Very Happy
