Me: I eat mostly simple basic foods low on the food chain. No processed foods or restaurants. I have a physical job that keeps me trim and zippy, I use Nivea creme on my face and hands, I sleep upward of 10 hours per day, I have a real-hot long bath every day.
Pretty basic really, how about you?
I think beautiful thoughts.
I hang out with children.

Many SciFi series have featured lesbian characters.
Well, Chumly, I make regular visits to St. Augustine for my potion.

Children make you want to start life over ~ Muhammad Ali
Some say that before you apply Nivea (or whatever moisturizer you're gonna use) you should splash water on first to seal in the moisture.
Laugh at people when they fall down.

What works, works.
Speaking of bouts, Joe wants to know about your
last fistfight.
I wanna tap into the beauty secrets of A2Kers; all I get is sillyisms.I'm deeply pained.
OK, so here's the straight...
I run about twenty miles a week.
I do strength workouts with my son a coupla-three times a week.
I don't do anything to my skin but wash it.
I drink alcohol in what I consider moderation (your mileage may vary).
I eat a balanced diet because I married a woman who cooks that way.
I carry a bit more weight than I'd like.
What little hair I have is mostly gray and my face looks like I slept in it.
I don't much care.
Watch out for that very hot water. Dermatologist usually recommend against that. I like it myself, and don't listen to the dermos, but be forewarned.
Young, I've no interest in being young. Beauty, that interests me, and not so much beauty in myself but in what is around me. Beauty, for me, doesn't fit a lot of folks' definitions, has more to do with my joy of looking at life with its mix of good, bad, and ugly.

At home: something called SoftSoap
In my gym bag: whatever I filched from the last hotel I stayed at
I don't smoke,
don't drink much alcohol,
go to bed before midnight,
take vitamins daily
try to eat healthy and
lead a simple life -
and drink lots of water!
