@edgarblythe,
Hey there you two
Ohhhhhh... only get online a for a few minutes at a time as I don't have broadband right now - British Telecom are worse than useless!!!! so dial-up is having to suffice in short spurts. Shouldn't complain - I can still get dial up, it's just it's expensive.
Anyhoooooooooo..... Edgar - how is your wife doing hun? Is she nervous about the surgery. It's so good that you will be there supporting her and helping her - it is sometimes just as hard for the carers as it is for the person going through the surgery, sometimes even harder. With all of my surgeries I am so stubborn and can't abide asking for help - that makes it harder for my parents who I often ban from my house. The little fella helps me a lot when I'm sick - but he's only 11 so there's a kinda guilt thing there for me, not from him, just... you know - he's only 11.
Reyn - how is V doing these days? You said the other day you know it's wearing for her with her problems and she's stoic - and I can completely understand that. Thing is, just by being there for her and the kids and their probs ... well, it does make all the difference. Just knowing someone is there. So good on you mate - keep doing what you do and her journey will be a little less tiring.
It's really chilly here right now - but earlier on, the moon was simply incredible. It's started raining some now - ugh, not so nice when it's damp and grey. Hopefully the sun will shine tomorrow. We have a school play - the children are doing scenes from "OLIVER" - it's going to be fab - they are 4-11yrs old - should be great for all the parents to watch their little kids enjoying themselves and singing and dancing.
Wishing you happy days.
Take care both and catch ya later.
xx
