I see more and more infomercials claiming their product works by removing the fecal/gunk stuck inside the walls of your intestines and thus allow all the crap to go outside of you.
I find that too good to be true.... but I really want to get rid of these feces inside me! When I finish doing my bowel movement, I still feel a few pounds of feces still inside my body.
I know laxatives can only make the problem worse so I try to avoid that.
I also eat lots of fiber and avoid fast food, preservatives and additives.
Is there a safe and guaranteed way to completely remove the feces still stuck in my intestines?
I doubt it's much of a problem, but if you go that route, be very careful what you use. The colon is definately a digestive organ. I've heard that Castil soap is okay, but not any kind of detergent. I would really give the thing a pass, if I were you.
Memories of a scene in one of my ex's screenplays - I always thought it was screenworthy...
And to Jeremiah, I see you are interested in how our bodies work.
I'd respectfully suggest you take some classes on that at your local city college.

Ah, do I need to look up on google how colonic cleansing is a multi-decade rook? No, I won't. (still laughing, re the trucks..)
The colon has a natural function and the process elements in it are part of that.
You're are welcome to read and become enthusiastic about whatever you like, Shirley.
Osso in corner, tossing old apricots...
Jeremiah -
I tend to be reactive to you as most of your posts are somewhat belligerant.
On bodily functions - really, I'll hope you take some classes.
I recommend liquid drano....
I'd be a little leary of dehydration if it became habitual to totally cleansing the colon. And maybe vitamin deficiency.
I'd be more worried about insanity.
I guess I can see that, Marty.
I always find a visit here is quite irrigating.
Jerimiah,
To address the question you asked, the best care you can give your colon and digestive system is to eat a balanced diet consisting of foods as close to their original source as possible. In other words, avoid processed food. Eat lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains and nuts. Add to that an abundance of fresh water. To keep your metabolism moving, eat many small meals a day rather than one or two large meals.
You can't go wrong with such a lifestyle.
As far as all these remedies for colon cleansing, you'd be better off just tossing some dollar bills into the toilet and flushing. Your wallet will feel lighter and you'll have evidence of the stuff working. Remember, stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Those colon cleansers are nothing but processed food stuffs that someone has created and marketed.
If you are still concerned with the heavy feeling in your intestines, see a doctor.

If Ossobucco had thought your name was "Surely", there would have been a comma after "Surely".
