What kind of pills are you talking about?
yes, with a condom, if it breaks, leaks, or there is evidence it didnt work properly, there is the possibility of pregnancy.
Depending on her cycle length the time of fertility will be between -approx- 12-14 days after the first day of her period.
Sounds like however that you two are going through a bit of a rough time, could be stress, I would want to see a pregnancy test or some such ting if you have your doubts in any way.
My first thoughts are that you have a lot of nerve posting her private IM with you on a public message board and even more nerve not at least removing the screen names from it since it contains such a sensitive and personal subject matter. If I were a moderator, I would request that you at least remove the screen names from the IM.

The First Signs of Pregnancy
These are random ideas I'm just spewing. Plus, I'm nobody so don't take my word for anything. You know better than anyone how to face your unique situation.
1) IM messages and email are completely unsecure. Hundreds of people can spy on them at anytime, so everyone should treat IM's as if they're shouting across a crowded room. Because you are! If you want any privacy whatsoever, the only way is to use encryption.
2) You're probably freaking out and not thinking as well as usual. Take a deep breath, relax, then go edit your first post and change her name. We don't need to know her private details.
3) Arguing with her? You're upset. She's upset. Both of you are apt to be rude and hurtful to the other, so give both of yourselves extra slack, space to think and deal with things. If it gets beyond heated to hurtful, don't be afraid to take a break, think some alone, and then talk more calmly again.
4) Everyone needs to yell, scream, and absolutely freak out from time to time. Let her. Let yourself. But do it really well ... in a place where no one will be disturbed or hurt by it, and probably alone (without each other there) esp. if you don't have a counselor or a strong brother you can tell this stuff to.
5) It's easy to blame the other person, especially when fighting. Don't take the blame and don't give the blame. It's not about blaming, it's about figuring out what to do now, and how to make things the best they can be. Blaming is just a way of freaking out, ignoring people and venting all over them. So refer to #4.
6) Sounds like both of you tried to be careful and responsible about safe sex. But **** happens. Anything's possible. Wait for the test before assuming anything. You don't know until you know. Cross that bridge when you get to it. It's stressful, but keep it together and be patient. Some women are as regular as the moon, and some have a hiccup every once in a while.
7) If she is pregnant, be sure you are the actual father. (If it matters). Most people don't play vicious games, but some do.
8) If she is pregnant, each of you will have to make your own decisions all by yourself -- what you want, how to say what you want, and what to do if you can't get it. Then talk about it together to find out what both want. Keep it as simple and clear as you can.
9) If you two don't really get along, for god's sake *don't get married* or pursue a long relationship, just to fix things. If you think this is hard now, try doing it during a divorce while splitting up property, kids, finances, and years of hard memories!
10) If you want a relationship to work, be real sure that she wants it to work too. It's takes both people to want, work, appreciate, and contribute or it's guarenteed to fail. One-sided relationships suck. Partnerships rock.
11) Having no relationship at all is better than having a bad one.
12) A good relationship is worth your heart, mind, soul, and the entire universe. When it's with the right person.
I'm tired of typing now. I hope some idea(s) in there helps maybe a little.

Get the dang test. See what the results are. Then deal with it, either way. But don't kill yourself with worry until the test results are in.

I think this girl is genuinely worried -- I don't think she is making it all up. The fact that she is worried means nothing conclusive about whether she actually is pregnant.
Find out, go from there. Same as has been said.
I think its natural that you BOTH are freaking out a bit...and both genuinly worried like soz says...this is a two way street. Try your best to relax until the both of you can get to a place with some more information, its all you can do really.

hard to tell. you are old enought to know that this type of thing can happen. sex has consequences. but I don't want to lecture you. just wait and maybe she wont be. if you thought there was a problem then soon sfter the two of you had sex, she could have gotten the morning after pill. ther is abortion, adoption. thing is you are an adult now. time to make adult decisions, ready to have sex you have to be ready for the responsibility that comes with it.
for now just chill, you don't know yet all you can do is wait.

That's good news -- that your life may not be so stressful.
It's also good information to have about how she treats people. You can probably expect more of the same from her.
If someone tries to manipulate or change me in some way, I have to think a loving relationship (where people can just be themselves) is better done elsewhere. That's just my personal opinion because I value direct honesty without game-playing and manipulating.
