Enzedland will be in national shock for months.

Now's your chance.

I knew there was no way we could lose to England Laughing
And it was all sour grapes from them after they lost the game: Cueto was clearly in touch before he grounded the ball. Four world cups, 2 successes; what other team can claim such a record? Very Happy
What a fantastic party we had!

Bollocks, few complained about the disallowed try.

I disagree, every Englishman they interviewed on Sky, BBC, CNN, in the local news, they were 80% bitter.

What you call bitter is what other people call questioning why a perfectly good try was disallowed after an interminable wait by an Aussie official who should never have been consulted in the first place.

Good decision I thought.

Most who had seen it on telly thought it was a try.

However, in the Observer on Sunday and the Guardian on Monday, the commentators said it probably wasn't a try, but the best team won anyway.
Which I agree with.

It's very difficult to referee a match like that, and plenty of incidents picked up by the cameras were missed by the ref. Which is not surprising.

Given that there were at least two infringements by the defending side in the process of releasing the ball to the winger (a penalty was awarded instead of the try) and his foot was in touch by about a blade of grass, if that, I think that justice was not done.

By an Australian video ref.

But the best team won.

So if he didnt give the try, what happened to the penalty he had already awarded?

If he was in touch it should have been a line out.

Or a 22 drop kick

But he gave a scrum.

Explain that one.

WOW!!! I just saw the Boks on their victory parade! Just down the road from where I live. Fantastic! There were thousands and thousands of people, vuvuzelas, cars hooting, school children, you name it!
I ran with the bus for about half a kilometer, then they sped up. I got Brian Habana, Butch James, and Jake White to wave at me. Brian was permanently waving and smiling, he never stopped! Ofcourse, everyone was screaming his name. Caught a glimpse of the Webb Ellis trophy too. Never saw Jon Smit, Schalk Burger and a fewother big names, probably because they were on the other side of the bus. Most of the guys never waved or even smiled, but I guess after doing it for over a week it gets a big boring.
Unfortunately someone else had my camera! So I may or may not have pictures, depending on whether they caught the parade.
