That's right, eoe!!

Geez. I'll study the matter in the morning (when I can find the Lucca tee, she says blearily). I've small rooms stacked with my sentiment. Working to reach the windows...

kidding, it's not all that bad. Just highly irregular.

I need to pare down, and find time to work on my photos, which are up there in precious to me, however good or poor.

Hey, I've got an idea. Keep all that stuff in the boxes against the exterior walls. They'll make great insulation in the winter.

Must be past bedtime to think of something like that. G'night all.

Nice idea, but too much too much. Pare is the word. Pare for money is next. I ease my way to craigs and ebay ever so slowly. What about my aunt's (don't get me started) old Lenox vases, one with a chip?
I rather like them, what with the swans. Yeah, I've looked on google and ebay, nothing like them. Plus there's the candy dish, wherever it is in my now "living room".

I'm being loudly fearful on all this, but once I get going, watch your ebay asses, she chuckles.

Maybe next week.

A month or so before I moved in late 2005, I ordered a couple of caftans from the Smithsonian catalog.

This sentence has been stuck in my head for a year and a half now.

Soooo, when this pic arrived with today's eShakti email

http://images.ladypb298.multiply.com/image/2:plantspetspeople/photos/109/600x600/27/emcaftan29-12-08-1.jpg?et=yjLTHnHfXBGqTr9ozu7Lrw&nmid=153791665

I had to bring the image here.

I think I'll get closure now.

They look very nice, especially the one second from the left.

@CalamityJane,
I still love mine. Can't remember if the link on the early page shows it. I've given the second one with all the sparklies and gold to Diane...

The next news is that... I can now easily fit into the Lucca tee. But, Kris, I'll never just toss it, should I weary of it - would mail it to you, after laundering, of course.

@ossobuco,
Couldn't find it in the online catalog. It's pretty different from all those shown on those five pages... made in Indonesia, very cool pattern/design. I suppose I'll need to satisfy my wish to show it by hanging it on a white wall and taking a photo..

Which reminds me. I started a thread on artists we know..
and the photographer I mentioned on that thread lived with his girlfriend, also an artist, in a loft in an old brewery building. They had very tall white walls, and hung a series of kabuki robes along one side of the main room, up high. So great looking.
