I'm having trouble identifying food identified with Tampa Bay and Denver.
Denver Omlettes are pretty good!

Actually, the Brokers restaurant in Denver is the place to go.

I'm going to be irritated if SF wins this week..
at the same time I'd be glad.

Excellent, after the Southern Strategy next week there will be a new selection method. But I bow to this one. Very clever.
One of my co-workers told me that if favourite foods works as well as accents did, he will commit hara-kiri.

On the Fantasy Football thread, I have Peyton Manning (QB-Indy) and Bret Favre (QB-Green Bay). One of them plays, one sits on my bench. A big choice for me.
19 of the 21 regular players have posted picks for this week's game. panzade should be along in a bit, but where's Tico? So far --
Green Bay (15) at Minnesota (4)
Oakland (6) at Miami (13)
NY Jets(12) at Buffalo (7)
Houston (16) at Atlanta (3)
Chicago (8) at Detroit (11)
Baltimore (14) at Cleveland (5)
St. Louis (1) at Dallas (18) - North over South according to jespah
Tampa Bay (3) at Carolina (16)
Seattle (11) at San Francisco (8)
Kansas City (5) at San Diego (14)
Pittsburgh (17) at Arizona (2) - JPB and Pantalones liking the Cardinals
Denver (1) at Indianapolis (18) - one of those weeks for JPB
Philadelphia (13) at NY Giants (6)
New England (17) at Cincinnati (2) - Pantalones again, with ci this time
What I find surprising for this week's picks is simply the fact that there are match-ups this week that are toss-ups with little clue as to who the stronger team will be. I picked Cinncy because I think NE has become too comfortable with themselves.
I picked Denver, and then didn't press SEND, thinking, "what, are you crazy?" and switched to Indy.

tough week...counting on Griese
Good luck to everyone this week. The games have begun with Tico, my opponent in the Fantasy thing, being a no-show here. I am looking to break out from my tie with Fbaezer and catch up with Cowdoc, CI, and ehbeth.

Cleveland putting in a strong performance today. Cowdoc, Pantelones, ci, jp, and jes may pick one up on the crowd in this game.

Falcons up by 10 late in the 3rd -- GO ATLANTA!! <shout JPB, ci, and Pantalones.>
Unless Chicago pulls a rabbit from the hat in the next minute or so, I've gotten 3 out of 7. Splendid start!

You're far from alone, osso. I'll post the early game wrap-up after the Bears finish losing.
