His point is that if you knew Dadpad, you would know that he lost his ass in a terrible accident involving a chainsaw and a banana peel, and he's very sensitive about the prosthetic ass he is forced to wear, so your comment implying that he had something stuck up a body part which he no longer possesses was extremely hurtful and rude.
