I read someone's death certificate. It said he died of renal failure (kidneys?) as a consequence of CAD, as a consequence of CUFF [I think, it is handwritten and hard to read].

What does it mean?

Yes, kidney failure, but I can't imagine what the abbreviations are for. We're probably not supposed.

And what is CUFF [or similar]?
