Excuse me. I've read this thread many times very carefully and still the subject eldues me. The posts seem very elliptical and slang ridden.

If I had to guess, I'd say you folks are talking about oral hygeine or some kind of holistic massage involving the mouth?

Could someone please describe in graphic detail the subject at hand?

I knew a guy once that I'm not sure what got him off the most. The actual "feeling" or the visual. Maybe it was a combo of both. But he liked to get me in a certain position and watch my throat expand during oral.

There's a proper word for it. Let's see.... It's on the tip of my tongue. I just can't get my head around why it won't come to me. I'm such a numb skull sometimes, a real knob. This sucks.
