Thanks folks for your comments. One thing I didn't mention, that fits in with the "he's doing it for attention" idea - If I completely fixate on him; just make eye contact and watch very closely everything he does - stare at him and talk to him like he's the only thing in the universe - that seems to quiet him down faster.
It's such a regular thing and he gets just as much attention as his brother, so that's why I sort of worry...

But I guess as long as he's otherwise healthy, I'll continue to take this as just part of my crazy boy's personality.
