I'm not going to make fun of your post because I know many people who have not had sex for a VERY long time and are bothered and even ashamed by it.

I think what they mean is that they have not felt intimate for a long time, because just getting sex is really quite easy - as you suggest, just getting an escort is quite simple.

I am only so so looking and with a speech defect and I had have some amazing looking ladies in my life and more important then looks outstanding women in every way.

Your problem is not that women are looking at your acne scares but that you are too aware of those scares when interacting with them to act in a manner that would result in them forming relationships with you.

To sum up you are being your own worst enemy when it come to women as everyone have some kind of scares/shortcoming it just that most of us do not focus on those scares.

I'll add that my ex had a quite acne scarred face when I met him, and retained it with our 24 or so years together. His face was interesting, not least, his great eyes, but I thought of him as rugged, which in a way he was.

Don't diminish yourself to yourself over acne.
