As to DACA, the current lawsuit that puts an injunction in place for DAPA pretty much states that DACA is legal under the prosecutorial discretion. The reason the judge stopped DAPA is because of the costs for the state to issue driver's license and provide state services to those not being deported. The silly part of that argument is much of that cost exists even without DAPA.
