You really can't countenance anything other than your own political stance can you? Your ideology doesn't fit reality, for a smart guy you really say some daft things.

Working in an environment where you have excellent health care and a sense of purpose has got to be more rewarding than being exploited by the mob.

He knows damn well that any kind of publicity is good for him.

Rush could fall the same way Beck did. If there is no money coming in, there is no way to pay him.

His stations will stop carrying him when they can't sell local spots no matter what his ratings are.

No I don't agree Dave, but I think you're on a roll now, so it's best to stand back. I don't think the Castro regime is without fault, I do think it's a lot better than the previous regime. I also think America's policy towards Cuba has been harmful to the Cuban people and counter productive.

If I was to take as extreme a position as you on these matters, I would say that Castro can do no wrong, and go on about the evil fascists trying to enslave the plucky Cuban people. I don't.

Well, it was supposed to be an act of war, against the communists.
I 'd have preferred a quick infantry invasion to take out Castro,

I can fill in forms more easily than he can.

He is not suing. The police already know
that he has a Constitutional Right to his guns.
He is not threatened with loss.

I don't think that Rush actually adheres to what he spouts on the radio.

He's a performer, and he knows it. He plays the "angry, outsider, white male" very well. He intersperses it with bits of Bozo the Clown.
