I don't know of any good sites, but books and cd's sounds good. I think those generally work better than free courses online anyway.
If you get stuck on something, are having trouble with a certain sentence of have questions about an aspect of the dutch grammar then don't hesitate to ask. I happen to be dutch and it would be a pleasure to help you out. There's not a lot of people around who are interested in learning dutch
