Any animal/Animal Planet fans in here??

I only started watching from season 2, but I'm really looking forward to the new episodes of Meerkat Manor.

It'll be great to see how the Whiskers family deals with being evicted by the Commandoes (...who I totally hate, btw). Evil or Very Mad

I'm really hoping the family can find a new and better place to live...keeping in mind the new born pups! I've got faith in Flower that she'll be able to take care of the family...

....it IS a great show...I think the meerkats are pretty cute, and soo funny. Flower is something else!!

That's a great idea about 'flixin season 1...I actually finished watching it just the other day.

I don't want to post any spoilers for you, caribou...but I'm really curious as to how the matriarchal-family dynamic will play out this season...so much dram a in the desert...

Yeah, it does start soon...I can't wait.

I've actually been brushing-up on a friend's copy of Meerkat Manor 2 on DVD, so I'll have all of the names straight for season 3. Some of them kinda look the same you know? But, after a while...just like your own pets...you can definitely tell them apart!

I want a meerkat as a pet. I think it would be an easy one to care for. Just let it run around my place like a psycho, trying to dig burrows and keeping an eye out for hawks.

Thanks to this thread, i watched Meerkat Manor for the first time yesterday evening, and quite enjoyed it. It was the episode in which Flower has her litter, and Mozart is awaiting hers. Thanks to Kermit for bringing this to my attention.

As I mentioned I'm still trying to get names/characters straight, myself...so I didn't even notice the family swap.

And, panzade...I think I saw that show, too...was it on PBS...and they were at some ferret convention in Ohio!?

The third season has begun here in the Big Apple. Made me think of The Territorial Imperative. Don't want to give anything away. It was a good beginning.

Yeah, the "wee" smell is gross on ferrets...I think I'd much rather have a few meerkats scurrying around my apt!!
