1. It sounds right to my ear/ears.
2. It sounds right to our ear/ears.

Which words should I use?

In the first instance you can use either "ear" or "ears". (Maybe you only heard it with only one ear. Smile)

In the second example, it should be plural -- ears. (More than one person must have more than one ear. Smile)
