1. It looks like she's about to hit your face.
2. She looks like she's about to hit your face.
3. She looks about to hit your face.
Are all the above sentences correct?

All three are more or less correct grammatically. But a better way to say it colloquially, in the accepted idiom, would be "She looks like she's about to hit you in the face."
