Indeed that may be a more subtle form of propaganda than a constant barrage of criticism.

What does a constant barrage of criticism mean? (A metaphor? How to comprehend?[Cool])

Thanks in advance!

'constant barrage' is phrase that is related to a military action...analogous to a constant barrage of artillery. it means a steady attack.
