NVQ2 HELP

You should be asking your NVQ tutor these questions. That is what they are there for. Also it is very bad manners to type all in capital letters.

What do you think equality might mean?

i am not really good at thinking about answers,i was bottom on all subjects when i was at school,i am good at my work but not at anything else

Equality means treating everybody the same whatever their sex, ethnic background, colour or religion or disability.

The question is asking you to think of situations you have come across in your job where equality does happen, and situations where it does not.

A situation where equality happens could be where blind people get help to take walks outside so they are not stuck inside all day. Or where people who don't speak English very well get help to understand things. But I am not an expert and I don't work in the care industry so i really think that you should talk it over with your tutor.

When you have thought of some, tell your tutor and he or she will show you how to write them up the right way.
