First you insinuate kuvasz is homosexual with some 10-year-old Jerry Seinfeld throwaway line...

He continues to make his argument, and you call him boring...

C'mon McGentrix - even you can do better than this...

What does all of your petty bickering and name calling have to do with the fact that some dems (Hilary and Nancy Pelosi most notably),want to ressurect the fairness doctrine, because they dont seem to like talk radio?

Interesting this would come up as Dems wanting to ban free speech the day after the conservative Supreme Court decided we can't display banners that state "Bong Hits for Jesus."

Typical liberal translation...

We can, students on school property during school functions can't.

As I understand it they were not on campus, but they WERE on some kind of field trip which WAS a school function.

Would the Court have ruled differently if the students' banner said "The Supreme Court is supporting facism" ? (true or not).

You are boring us kuvasz. You singing dog show is old and tired.

You ignore that the dog actually can sing, and you can't.

and the line about your fellow traveler being so dumb that he kept a potato as a pet was actually quite good.

but being a fuss budget and all you still haven't proven or defended the initial thesis presented by the title of the thread with supporting evidence. I have submitted evidence to the contrary and all you have done is ...........evacuate your bowels post after post?

Is that more of your side's "faith based" initiatives it appears? Or just your typical mixture of bluster, bravo, and bull$hit to hide your own personal ignorance of the facts.

chief justice roberts opinion was a stretch, even members of the majority are uncomfortable with his opinion about local control , but the students were at a school function and had a student somehow been killed by an accident the school would have been liable, being true so too would the student face disciplinary actions for behavior deemed prohibited while in the confines of the school's walls.

the diane reams show devoted time to this today. thankfully, it seems to be the opinion that the conservative party has the most to lose here, because the ruling opens the door to ban idiotic religious speech on school campus.

This whole thing may bite the right on their ignorant miserable asses before it's over.

thankfully, that IS a typical liberal translation, since you dumbfuk "conservatives" are incapable of anything vaguely resembling a thought out response to anything other than God Bless America and Kill Them All....and btw, you folks aren't really even conservatives in the traditional sense, just kool aid drinking anomalys of the human race....

I am looking forward to Rush and Hannity being on NPR when the fairness doctrine is put in place.
