Humnanitarian aid is suppled by many many nations and private agencies and does not give us the right to meddle in the affairs of sovereign countries.
If a govt refuses to provide food for their starving population, arent we "meddling" if we provide emergency food for the people?
If a country cant or wont provide medical care for its citizens, arent we "meddling" if we provide medical aid?
If a country suffers some sort of natural disaster, arent we "meddling" if we step in and provide aid that the local govt either cant or wont provide?
You have an interesting definition of "meddling".
