Move done on June 25th, but so much to do that I can't even prioritize well. Mainly because I brought, at great expense, a goodly portion of my garden with me. And man, it is heavy clay here. Had back yard rototilled and they got down about two inches. Waiting for rain to soften things up so that I can finish putting in plants. Hired two man crew to get in the big things.

So much to do, so little time. So many problems here too.

As McArthur said, "I shall return".

sumac, we all hope you stay with us forever. We are the Wildclickers!!!

ul, I'd love to fly you anywhere - fixed wing recips - single/multiple, helicopters, jets - etc. All the same. Jets are faster though. Weathers no problem - I have my instrument rating with thousands of hours time.

How about a South Sea Island?? One with a great beach of course.

Amigo, I have clicked - and clicked - and clicked - and clicked - and clicked - and clicked - and clicked - double that with one extra click thrown in.........

I flew my airplane across the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. My thoughts were of the outragious attack by the U.S. Army Cavalry upon innocent people. Those were different times in the U.S. I don't agree that they were good choices. As, today, I don't agree that Iraq is a good choice - I think the Bush family is making billions of dollars by doing this "war" - that Hillary Clinton has already said, "This is George Bush's war."

She's right, "Thu Dub's" dad - HWB is making billions now as we type these messages. Guess who's going to inherit all that money??

History will say who............... Shocked Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Sumac, good to hear that your move went well and you are settling in. Have fun with landscaping.

Hope the weather in Georgia will improve - today*s plane from Atlanta was late again. Somehow I don't want to miss the connecting flight. And having to go through the fingerprinting routine also I am just in transit ---

Thanks Walter-
Have a great summer everyone, hope to meet you again end of August.

ul, I'm wishing you the best for your flight. I am hearing on the news that security is very tight and the lines are long and slow.

Ul, wherever you are, and are going, I hope that you have a wonderful time. The landscaping is going very slowly. The only tool worth using is a pick mattock. I hurt my back badly after I moved in and had to stop doing most everything for a while to give it a rest. Will pick it up again soon, heaving it high and slaming it down into the rock-hard clay. I have to get those plants into the ground!

I am going to try to make an effort to return to the internet for at least a little bit every day. Try for some degree of balance and normality.

sumac, good hearing from you! Good article, plus.

Dan, check out the newest Adams aircraft!

After 10 hours of sleep - first cup of coffee of the day - vacation awsome so far! Weekend was wonderful! Grandkids all active with sports, the eldest of the girls team won their CA division, and now traveling with her team {her dad's the team manager} for neighboring county playoffs. She's 11 yrs. old. Grandson, now 14, begins first year of basketball when school begins. His uncles are terrific couches. My adult kids all well, and such a joy!

Does a Nonnie Mom heart good. Smile
