translation for a tattoo...

I want to use the philosophy quote "esse est percipi", but I want it to mean "to be perceived is to be" rather than "to be is to be perceived"...so in essence i want the most appropriate translation for "to be perceived is to be". If I could get some help on this I would appreciate it.

esse = to be
est = is
percipi = to be perceived

so...
percipi est esse
