I am looking for a quote that talks about Family. Maybe something like "Family comes first" "Family is priority" or "Family above all else". Does any body know any quotes that are similar and mean about the same thing, or where I could go to find a quote. Thank you for your help.

I think you would be better off selecting a motto in English and then translating it. In the mean time:
Nullus est instar domus - There is no place like home.
Ubi bene, ibi patria - Where you feel good, there is your home.
Quid quid latine dictum sit, altum videtur - Anything said in Latin sounds profound.
Try Primo familia: family first (which could do for "family [comes] first).
