Hello, George. Normally I don't bother with these Latin-tattoo questions, but this afternoon I'm bored. I was dismissive before, but I'll try to make up for it now.

Maybe he or she means "Demonic of Gilead"... ie a guy called Demonic outa Gilead (where the balm came from), or maybe The Demonic One From Gilead...

The Romans called Gilead Gaulanitis so how about Demonicus Gaulanitus? It's got a certain ring to it...
