You can always just ask. There are many people here who enjoy helping serious students improve in their studies.
The two sentences of your post are confusing. Is this what you meant to say?
"I've asked all of the questions that I had. Is it alright to ask more questions?"
Keep your sentences short and simple. Noun (subject), verb, and object is the foundation you want to build on.

You can ask as many questions as you like. You can even ask questions that have nothing to do with learning or understanding English. Just choose an interesting forum, and post your comments and/or questions. This is a pretty nice bunch of people, but sometimes just a little bit weird. Join the crowd.
