"For Spain`s young leader, just 43,it was the first of many crystallizing moments."

What is "crystallizing moments"?
Is it "a specific time for someone to take into actions and acquire their goals" ?

To crystalize means to take shape. Crystalized ideas are ideas that take shape; they form and become clear.
