help with translation

Why are all these requests always in Latin? and why don't they say so in the subject line?

"Strength comes from within"
from the top of my head, I'll open with
"de interno fortis"

That sounds good; I left off the "comes" as implied by the preposition, and I chose "de" because it didn't imply a geographical move to me.
