The title of a musical.

What does "Time" mean in such titles? "It's time for elephants" or "The time of elephants"?

You're not likely to get an answer unless someone shows up who is familiar with that musical. Personally, i've never heard of it.

There was another animal in the title from the novel. Anyway, the name is fictional.
I've just visited my local big pet shop.
