What does "Four out of five admitted students ultimately decide to attend" mean in the following paragraph?
You're probably thinking: It's Harvard--it's supposed to be hard. Boasting "unparalleled academics" and a "huge endowment," Harvard nicely offsets its academic intensity with access to some of the greatest minds and resources in undergraduate education today. So what do students have to say about all this? Four out of five admitted students ultimately decide to attend; that figure pretty much says it all.

Thanks in advance!
It means that for every 5 people who were accepted for enrollment into classes at Harvard, 4 of them decided to attend classes there.
1 out of those 5 people decided to NOT attend Harvard.
In all likelihood, they decided to attend another university. Harvard is pointing out that 80% choose Harvard over another school, if they can get in.
