More pics of the scenery. Try to spot the Pelican. Australias bush and waterways are truly beautiful.

I was just going to ask what sort of bird that was -- now I see the head. Thanks for all the lovely photos. (Good steering, Penny!)

See, here I am at the Helm. I had to really watch out as there are so many tree stumps and weeds in the water.

aha... Penny's at the helm - LOVE THAT!

Fabulous photos Nettie - just fabulous - thank you so much for showing Penny and us where you live. Reminded me of my visit to the Murray River and Corowa. Very Happy

More more more when you can... we're lovin' Down Under Penny!

@Izzie,
Some hamsters have all the luck!

I bet she'll be piloting a helicopter next then perhaps parachuting after that. Of course not parachuting from the same helicopter she was piloting while there isn't another pilot in the copter leaving the copter to crash on the city below....

We went to see 'The Eagles' concert, Heard them singing some of their old classics like Hotel California and Desperado. Was so interesting where we were, we could see everything that was happening on stage. Sorry about the picture quality, was hard with all the stage lighting.

here I am. I am sure Joe Walsh waved at me when he went off stage.

I just like this pic of me in the mirror. No helmet I know. In Australia it is law to wear a helmet. I was just sitting on it....honest.

@PennyAroundTheWorld,
Penny, you look fabulous!

I totally understand about the helmet. Who wants their fur and ears flattened by a helmet? No one, that's who!

Well Christmas in Australia is so much warmer than back home in USA. Here is Nettie and Ronnie with their family having a typical Christmas day outdoors. Was a glorious 30'C day with only a little breeze. We had Roast for lunch and cold meat and salad for dinner. So much food, so much fun, I thought Nettie could talk but the whole family just chatted and laughed the whole day.

So much fruit here. Loved the Mangoes and cherries. I had to be so careful I didn't get the red cherry juice all over my fur.

Oh, and Nettie and Ron got 2 kayaks for Christmas. I hope I get a ride, need to look for a life jacket first.
