I am having so much fun catching up with Penny's Aussie adventures! Thanks Margo and Dadpad! It was cool seeing into the school.

I am one American who absolutely loves Vegemite. And, the last time I tried to find it, the one store that I know sells it was out of stock. My favorite oz brekkie was avocado, eggs and beans served with bread spread with Vegemite.

Thats a Wombat. They live in a hole in the ground, like a badger or maybe a ground hog. Dadpad says if they were as big as a car they would be good bulldozers.

Dadpad said it was a "watch out for gnomes signs"

I laughed cause I thought he was being silly. But then...




I visited Mr gnome's house. He lives in the bush near dadpad. He's an international traveler like me and sometimes he isn't home but we were really lucky and met him we talked for ages and ages and ages.

I want to see one lilk but dadpad says they are really really hard to find. You can't even follow their bird calls cause they mimic all the other birds and even chainsaws and stuff. I didn't believe a bird could sound like a chainsaw at first but then I remembered about the gnomes. I asked dadpad if it was really true and he said yes penny its really true.

Wow, thanks Penny! And thanks to Dadpad. That little video was phenomenal. Too bad the internet didn't exist when I was in elementary school. It was so long ago that I don't remember what kind of grade I got for my paper, but I'm sure I did fine.

Penny is having a "girls night out" tonight with mumpad and some friends. Dinner and drinks I was told.

Penny will never be the same innocent little hamster she used to be I fear.

Well, I hope she never changes. Our girl has been a breath of fresh air in the midst of the various political, well, discussions

Penny has suggested that she would like to visit Mansfield Ohio when she goes home.

Is that possible?

AT Mumpad's work today, I tried to find a loophole, so I don't get arrested again. Mumpad said that it's OK, she knows a few policemen...

Marc the barman (He's hot!) said that I was very good at "pulling a beer". It looks like it's got lots of ice cream on top of it - should it look like that??




We even got a bit of culture at the pub, although I blushed a bit 'cos they were all nude!




When we got to the restaurant, I found our table.




Mingo (the chef) let me check out his kitchen (lots of hamster food there).

Probably a good thing she bones up on the law. Since she left Casa Margo she does seem to be getting "out there" much more.

If only I'd remembered the camera more often - then her time in Sydney wouldn't have seemed quite so dull in comparison. (or perhaps my life is simply dull in comparison )
