1. Part of the Gun Control legislation specified that records of personal information about gun buyers were to be destroyed within 24hrs not 90 days. This clause was not easy to spot.
2. Recently, leaders of Congress have made it harder rather than easier to understand or notice small clauses in complicated legislation.
