Whats the worst insult to tell an American?
...That they're poor students of history by repeating the mistakes of other historic world powers by letting their gov't leaders squander their exalted position and slide their way into infamy.
hmmm...I think when it's alluded that every single American in uneducated, lacks couth, does not know how to really enjoy sex, and are all fundementalist christians.
The only other thing that immediatley comes to mind is calling one a **** for brains.

Related to that....If someone ever says to you something like, let's say "I'm having a hard time fitting this in"

ditto for similar remarks about one's sister.
